Text message communication terms and conditions
Florida Medical Surplus offers SMS (text message) communications to provide customers with transactional updates regarding their orders, including order confirmations, shipping label notifications, item receipt confirmation, inspection updates, and payment confirmations. We may also send periodic informational or marketing messages if you opt in.
By providing your phone number during checkout or signup and confirming consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from Florida Medical Surplus at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can complete a sale without opting in by selecting email-only communication.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Transactional messages are sent only when relevant to your order. Marketing messages (if opted in) are limited to no more than 4 per month.
STOP to any message from us. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent.

Florida Medical Surplus partners with major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others) to deliver messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan. Florida Medical Surplus is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred from receiving our text messages.
Your phone number and information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties. We do not use your number for any purpose outside our own communications with you.
This program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable state laws regarding SMS communications.
You must be at least 18 years of age and the authorized user of the phone number you provide. By opting in, you confirm you meet these requirements.
We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
